The problem we work on
In-person rooms have something that digital tools usually don't: real-time feedback, genuine conversation, and a sense that everyone's ideas matter. Most platforms treat participation as an afterthought, a form at the end, a poll during a break. We started from a different question: what if participation was the experience?
